I marvel at how much chatter there is in the world today. Everybody is connected to multiple methods of communication. Any time of day or night you can tune into hundreds of conversations, arguments, boasting, events, or spectacles of one form or another. Most of it is nonsense or evil persuasion, but even among the serious topics, there is confusion and contradiction. 

I rejoice that every six months we can tune in to the advice and guidance of seasoned and wise men and women at the church's general conference. There is great comfort in knowing that true principles exists, and that we can find them. Conference was a calm and clear signal in the chaos of today's storm of ideas and opinions. I hope that you took advantage of the great opportunity to hear truth explained. Fortunately, you can review or reread these teachings, and I pray that you do since they are the words of God.
